When you think of a good leader, what comes to mind? Oftentimes in our culture, which is shaped by and rooted in racial capitalism and cisheteropatriarchy, the ideal leader is no-nonsense, authoritative and cold. What our organizations, institutions and even our own families value as “good leadership” does not fully encompass all of the skills, talents and traits of what makes a strong leader.

This is a 3-day minimum training that leads folks through the roots of the crisis, common trends and solutions outlined in this incredible article. This training can be expanded upon request.
