Oftentimes in our culture, which is shaped by and rooted in racial capitalism and cisheteropatriarchy, the ideal leader is no-nonsense, authoritative and cold. This is a 3-day minimum training that leads folks through the roots of the crisis, common trends and solutions outlined in this incredible article. This training can be expanded upon request.
