We work in our values

Our worker-owned cooperative is explicitly and unapologetically anti-racist, feminist, queer and anti-imperialist and anti-zionist, working at the intersections of lived experience, radical thought and ideology and visionary praxis in real time. As a group, we work to cultivate liberation and justice for all oppressed peoples through training, practice and evaluation.

Rose Jade Consulting is committed to developing the skills, analysis, practices and cultures of those we work with in order to implement long lasting and sustainable change.

Our team will provide tools, frameworks and other resources that our clients can return as they do the ongoing work to shift culture, campaign work and other projects.

Our experiences are valuable

With over a combined fifty years worth of experiences in the nonprofit movement and service sector, grassroots organizing, local government and organized labor, our cooperative team brings a wealth of knowledge, skills and experiences to help foster our social justice movement ecosystem.

Our team has won, and lost, major local, statewide and national campaigns. We have facilitated hundreds of retreats, meetings and workshops. We have the experience under our belts to work with your team to meet your goals!

Rose Jade’s approach is to value and work with the current shape of our clients and work to bring them into alignment with their vision, values and missions. To do this, Rose Jade uses a feminist and anti-racist, people-first model that values communities’ direct experiences with oppression, resistance and best practices.

We want you to succeed!

•We are here to help you learn how to use tools after we leave
•We are willing to learn and grow with you
•We believe in daily practices of liberation in all that we do
•We see change as both an embodied experience and a systemic continual practice
•We understand how to both plan, evaluate and implement the work
•We have an understanding of how individual and collective trauma show up in our work and prevent us from doing the work we need to do
•Our lived experiences as gender oppressed peoples gives us a unique and necessary vantage point for change
